I am a professional dog groomer and I have been using this product for years at customers' requests. Recently, I used it on a dog and let it stay on the dog for 10 minutes. No problem the dog went home clean, happy and lovely. That evening, the customer was concerned that the eye of the dog was tearing. this is a great shampoo. My dog's hair was coming out and her vet recommend this shampoo. After 2 weeks of using every 3 days I notice hair was growing back.

I am not happy with the service from the company. It is not resolved at all. When I received the product I declined it and sent it back to sender. They did not refund my money or send the product back to me if it cannot be returned back to them. Hopefully this will be resolved soon.

Product seems to be working. Leaves the dogs coats soft and shiny. Price was reasonable and shipping quick.
