I was extremely disappointed with the lack of detailed information provided in this book. Instead of throwing a couple of lines together around knowing your traffic lanes or rate negotiations, a handbook should provide one with some of the "how to" and techniques to work with. Very disappointed in this purchase!

The book has a number of typos and grammatical errors. It says that information will be provided later in a section -- and that information is no where to be found. One section said the same thing in 3 different paragraphs. There is no real information given to somebody who is interested in becoming a freight broker or agent.

I found this book to be extremely helpful in explaining everything you need to get started in freight brokering. Gives excellent detailed instructions.
